Building a well organisation

Based on our review of the research, this is ROW's model for building a well organisation. Each statement contains a description of the gold standard.  This is a great tool to use to start a discussion about wellbeing at work, or to review progress. People can have quite different views on how wellbeing is currently embedded across the organisation, and so it's a great conversation starter.  The writing is a bit small on the model, so you may like to print it to A3 if discussing it with others!
