Chorus Wellbeing Reporting Example

As promised in the Masterclass yesterday, here is a copy of the Wellbeing Report that makes up the wider H&S Report for our Exec Steering Group. Every quarter we also report on Bullying, Harassment & Discrimination and include a slide that summarises the open cases, how many were informal vs formal, investigations, outcomes, engagement score result, P&C insights and updates from Chorus Confidants. I also include the wellbeing score dashboards when they are available (monthly).
