This is a workbook based on workshops I used to run on how to live your best life. I now run a slightly different version that includes burnout! Anyway, this is a workbook covers some of the essentials from a psychology and behaviour change perspective. The questions work really well in groups and are great conversation starters! The only thing I wouldn't get people to share is their Life Satisfaction Wheel. For many people, this will be the first time they've viewed their life like this. Any questions, sing out!
