Men’s Health Month
Men’s Health Month is a great time to think about our health and how important it is, to start talking about it with our mates, families and doctors, and to do something for ourselves to be just a little bit healthier.
This month is about encouraging men in New Zealand to open up and start talking about our health, and to get along to the doctor for a check-up. Everything the Men’s Health organisation does goes directly to helping improve the health of men in New Zealand. It is a small charity trying to make a big difference. So get on board this June for Men’s Health Month and be a part of it.
Ideas for Workplace
To recognise this event…
- Download, print and display the offical Men’s Health Month posters around your workplace, as well as some brochures from the resource section of the Men’s Health Month site.
- Host a fundraising event or set up a fundraising page for Men’s Health.
- Book a Men’s Health Talk – potentially online – for your workplace in the weeks following Men’s Health Month for additional motivation and a healthier workforce.
