The 2019 theme was Explore your way to wellbeing – Whāia te ara hauora, Whitiora. The 2020 theme will be announced soon.The week is an opportunity for you to explore the experiences, actions, relationships and surroundings that make you feel good and uplift your wellbeing.

To recognise this event…
– This is a great time to utilise the resources available on the Mental Health Foundation website. Hold a workshop where you can go through the Five Ways to Wellbeing at Work Toolkit as a team.
– Come together with a shared morning tea and get all levels of staff involved – this is definitely one for everyone. Perhaps even get the CEO (or similar) to say a few words about the importance of mental wellbeing; especially given the events of 2020 so far.
