ROW | Webinar – Case Study: Leading wellbeing through turbulence at Air New Zealand

Free | Wed 19 Oct, 12:00pm – 1:00pm (NZST)

Overview:

Few industries were as impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic as air travel. With international borders closed and our ability to move people and freight significantly affected by the pandemic, Air New Zealand has been through a period of significant changes to their operations, headcount and structure over the past two years.

Liam Scopes, Air New Zealand’s Strategic Wellbeing Manager joins us for a fascinating talk about the practicalities of managing the many wellbeing needs of a diverse, global organisation of around 10,000 employees through one of the most challenging periods imaginable.

The agenda

1. Guest interview: We’ll start this session with the guest interview, facilitated by Sarah McGuinness.

2. Group discussion: After the interview, then we’ll open the ‘floor’ for discussion, and we welcome any questions you have about the interview topic.

3. News: We’ll invite you to share any news or wins, or ask workplace wellbeing questions of the group. Sarah will also share updates from the world of workplace wellbeing.
