ROW | Webinar – Psychosocial Hazards and the Neurobiology of Stress
Free | Wed 15 June, 12pm – 1pm (NZST)
Overview:
For our June webinar, we are delighted to welcome Dr Georgi Toma, Founder and CEO of Heart & Brain Works. There has been a significant uptick in the number of people leaving their jobs in recent months – we’ll talk about how a lot of the drivers of the current ‘Great Resignation’ can have their origins traced back to poor management of psychosocial hazards, such as a lack of psychological safety or poor culture. We’ll also look at some of the neurobiological responses to some of these hazards and how they can be understood and managed.
We look forward to seeing you there!
The agenda
1. Guest interview: We’ll start this session with the guest interview, facilitated by Sarah McGuinness.
2. Group discussion: After the interview, then we’ll open the ‘floor’ for discussion, and we welcome any questions you have about the interview topic.
3. News: We’ll invite you to share any news or wins, or ask workplace wellbeing questions of the group. Sarah will also share updates from the world of workplace wellbeing.
