Senior leadership engagement and commitment are critical to advancing wellbeing in the organisation. In this ROW Webinar, we’re delighted to be joined by Hugh Goddard, Managing Director at Pipeline & Civil. We’ll talk about the role of senior leaders in championing wellbeing and how wellbeing managers can influence up and engage leaders. We’ll also look at some of the challenges of wellbeing in construction, where there are a lot of external economic, commercial and social drivers of wellbeing to consider.

The agenda

1. Guest interview: We’ll start this session with the guest interview, facilitated by Sarah McGuinness.

2. Group discussion: After the interview, then we’ll open the ‘floor’ for discussion, and we welcome any questions you have about the interview topic.

3. News: We’ll invite you to share any news or wins, or ask workplace wellbeing questions of the group. Sarah will also share updates from the world of workplace wellbeing.
